Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping to addresses in the United Kingdom. Please contact lovebags@soybeanbag if you are interested in purchasing from outside the United Kingdom

We have a flat rate shipping cost of £8.99 for all our backpacks. We ship using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Once shipped, delivery is expected within 2-4 business days.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed. You will receive an order confirmation and the shipping tracking code when your order is shipped.
